Wish I read the reviews before putting £10 in and then getting locked out of my account, and not being able to withdraw. So the account is temporarily suspended and I do not know when I will get my money back.

Have been a customer on 888 for about ten years.
Decided to bet some greyhounds during my time off work this week but my bets have now been restricted to a stake that gives a max win just shy of $5.

What a shambles withdrew £250 they hav split payment £40 to current card and sent £210 to my old card wich will now take extra days to come through,absolutley pathetic practice could be a good site if payments were quick like other bookmakers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thoroughly useless operations team. Won't tell you what "internal decision" means you cannot get the welcome offer you signed up for.

888Sport - don't bother replying to this with another one of your generic responses. You just pretend to care by responding to reviews but clearly won't help

SCAM - False advertising! Never had an account with 888Sport, bet £10 for 3x £10 free bets + £10 Casino Bonus. Lets you wager the £10 then get an email saying due to an internal decision I am not eligible to receive bonuses on the account! Please contact me to get this resolved.

See share price plummeted and the big chief has gone (no doubt with a feet up nest egg ) a few years ago 888 was ideal for me , odd weekend lucky 15 , Football bet £40-50 etc .One weekend I went to put my usual bet on and I’d been informed my account had been closed and ie I couldn’t afford it ..I got in touch and basically was treated like vermin ! You don’t like it etc ..So today’s news didn’t come as a shock to me or the many other customers who probably were treated the same way ? What a way to run a company!

Loyal customer of 888Sport for several years. Typically a good experience, with promos like BOG, money back bets, fast withdrawals (almost instantly).

Last week after winning a small number of bets, which to be honest didn’t equate to a lot, certainly not when you consider my activity and overall profit/loss balance over the years, all “perks” were taken away. So no more BOG, no more fast withdrawals, certain markets unavailable, limits on my stakes etc.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and has now totally ruined my experience. Clearly my custom and loyalty over the years meant nothing. And just goes to prove, they love you when you’re losing, but as soon as your start winning everything changes.

Over the last week the service I’ve received, particularly customer service has been insulting and unprofessional.

Anyone thinking of joining 888Sport or long time customers, you now know what to expect. They won’t treat you any different after a few wins

Horrible on withdrawals and no answer’s from anyone. It’s always, I’ll escalate your case. They accept money quickly but don’t pay quick

Absolute joke have been using 888 for a few months now with no problem just before Christmas they asked for id and bank statements to verify account. Since then over 30 days my account is still restricted and no one will take ownership get the same response each time you contact them someone will be in touch in 72 hrs ,which never happens would definitely look elsewhere now absolute joke of a company

This is probably the worst betting site out there, they suck you into bet, then go into verify mode, we're they end up keeping your free bets after joining and spend ages suspending your account even after sending 2 forms of Id, ignore at all costs

Like others, verification process a nightmare! They allow you to bet, which I did with a £10 stake, I won the bet and then they lock your account along with your winnings. I uploaded a driving licence along with a recent bank statement as requested. Then they say you’ve failed verification asking for more and more details. Still no reply back and still keeping hold of my winnings!!

Received below email saying you won't get any promotion after newly registered an account a few minutes ago. Having contacted their customer service via chat function, they said they can't do anything due to business decision.

As 888 Sports is suspected to provide fake promotion information on their website to attract people to join their service, but in return not providing the agreed free bet even you have stack the said amount of money. Please NOT, NOT, NOT to join 888 Sports, and tell all your friends about this.

Verification Process is a nightmare. Uploaded documents through the portal and told it would take 7 days. Waited 3 weeks and then started chasing. Every call or chat ended the same, with a false promise of a further 3 days until completed, or an escalation which did precisely nothing. 5 weeks and counting now. Account is completely restricted, and I have no update on what is being done with my personal documents. I’ll now be asking that my documents are deleted, account closed and I’ll be going elsewhere.

Just like all others, received the message 'please be advised that due to an internal decision you are unable to receive bonuses on this account' straight after registering.

And when tried to discuss this with their live chat, this was what they said:
'The decision was take in accordance with our bonus policy and can't be revoked We don't have any other details on why the decision was taken'

And they also refused to delete all your ID documents, name, address and everything you entered during the registration.

OK, just don't waste your time with them. Really no point as clearly everyone is having the same issue. They're just trying to lure people into them and steal your personal information by such a fake 'promotion offer'.

Be very careful with this site. On casino roulette I suspect they are working to 50 per cent returns on all turnover. That means you have a 1 in 2 chance Of winning on the roulette wheels. In my experience a bookmaker should set the return at about 5 per cent on all the money bet. Clearly they have the roulette well set for their advantage. I follow many other sites and this one is by far the worst for the punter. Avoid it !
